Through studio-based experiences, mentorship, and real-world career exploration, we support early career awareness and skill-building. Participants map their interests, apply technical knowledge, and connect creativity to emerging industries—gaining confidence, refining their mathematics and science knowledge through application, and receiving guidance as they imagine futures where they belong and can thrive.
